RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
All sales are FINAL since this is made-to-order and custom products.
This means, if you ordered the wrong size or you received your order later than you expected (but delivered by shipping ETA), no refund, no exchanges, no replacements.

DEFECTS AND/OR DAMAGE PRODUCT:
If your order has a defect or arrived damage, please send photo of defect item within 24hrs of delivery date/time for Dry Ink and Apparel to assist with a resolution. If it's past the 24hrs of delivery (per tracking info), a replacement is not permissible due to the nature of product being sold. The timeline policy is strictly followed. There is no guarantee that the item has not been worn. Photo submission has to be clear and include the original packaging if your claim is related to your item arriving damaged from shipping.
Defect has to be visibly noticeable at the distance of observing the design in its entirety (not zoomed in). This mean your photo should have the entire shirt in the photo and not just a small section. What’s not considered a defect are creases in the design or fabric from being folded during shipping or the design arriving wrinkled due to shipping. This can be resolved by steaming or ironing the garment inside out. Also not consider a defect is seeing the fabric texture in the vinyl/design more strongly in some sections compared to others. Seeing the texture of the fabric pull through the design is normal and does not have to be the same amount of texture throughout entire design. Since all items from my shop are hand-made, there may be very slight imperfections as my products are not made by mass production machines. This would include if the design itself is ever so slightly off horizontally. Please allow 1/8” of allowance in being slightly off. Will only accept claims related to this if the horizontal placement of the design is off greater than 1/8” and is clearly visible when taking a picture that includes the entire garment or a picture of wearing the garment and the placement being clearly noticeable.
If order is approved for resolution, customer will have to ship item back. Once label is scanned, the resolution efforts will begin.

SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. There are several options to upgrade shipping if needed, however, please note this does NOT affect the production(lead) time.
Estimated delivery time at the time the order is placed is simply an estimation based on posted production times and the USPS estimated delivery times—THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE of delivery time and the shop will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment once the item has left our possession.

INSURED SHIPPING PACKAGES:
Add insurance to your order, please message us through the contact us form.
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL & USPS PARCEL GROUND:
• Takes 2-6 business days to deliver.
• Orders that SHIP FREE use this standard shipping classification.
• Ships uninsured as in no insurance will be applied to package. This means, if package is lost, there is no insurance to make a claim for a refund on order through USPS. Shop owner is not responsible for refunding lost packages.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL:
• Takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
• Package is insured for up-to $100* worth of goods, if package is lost in the mail by USPS.
USPS EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL:
• Takes 1-2 business days to deliver.
• Package is insured for up-to $100* worth of goods, if package is lost in the mail by USPS.
* If your package is worth more than the insured amount, please notify the shop owner if you wish to increase the insured value to cover more than $100 - paid by consumer.
PLEASE NOTE PER SHIPPING:
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the seller you wish to add insurance to your order. Particularly, if you are placing a bulk order. Having no insurance on your package means if the package is lost or damaged in the shipping process, it will be uninsured and no refund for a claim will be valid or issued on behalf of USPS OR from the shop owner if your package is lost or damage while in transit. It is not the shop owner’s responsibility to inform consumers of how shipping works with the USPS policies or how insured packages work or to advise consumers to purchase insurance and/or how much insurance. To learn about general rules, policy and practice of the United States Post Office, please refer to USPS.com. These terms & conditions apply to this listing and every order there of regardless if one has failed to read these terms in their entirety.
Dry Ink and Apparel does not issue refunds or replace items for lost or missing packages. The buyer will have to work directly with USPS by filing a claim* (*if there is insurance on the package) with USPS directly, using the tracking information sent via email.
